Tracey Robb set up Trivium London Consulting in 2019 with the specific goal of providing professional HR to asset management firms including alternative and traditional managers.

She is a dedicated, highly experienced CIPD level 7 practitioner with a BA (hons) in HR and over twenty years’ experience both in management consulting and HR.

Tracey was previously Head of HR Consulting for Throgmorton and over the last seven years has provided pragmatic advice to hundreds of firms.

She is known in the sector for her employee relations expertise and ability to deliver pragmatic solutions quickly and efficiently.




Sharon Brady joined Trivium London Consulting in May 2023 and has over 20 years’ HR experience in a wide variety of sectors.

Her extensive experience in Financial Services, Healthcare Consulting, Distribution, and Education includes designing and implementing recruitment and employment processes, staff training and development, conflict resolution and mediation and change management, as well as HR policies and procedures relating to the whole employee lifecycle, including compensation and benefits.

While Sharon is a true generalist she has a passion for learning and development and for the design and deployment of employee engagement strategies. She enjoys working with companies to align their culture and values with their business needs.




Tess Watson-Smith joined Trivium London Consulting in August 2019 and previous provided HR advice to a range of clients in the alternative asset management sector.

Tess has over 20 years’ HR experience in sectors as diverse as legal, software, retail and recruitment providing support and advice to C level, operational managers and staff.

Although a true HR generalist she has a strong knowledge of employee relations and TUPE transfers.  Tess is the one to turn to when you need to amend your contracts of employment or have a difficult settlement agreement.




Tamara Pol joined Trivium London Consulting in May 2022 as an HR Administrator.

Prior to embarking upon the role, Tamara gained extensive training and experience in Customer Services and Information Technology. She holds a degree in English Language from Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University in Ukraine, and is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English.

In August 2023, Tamara completed her studying CIPD level 5 and holds a CIPD Associate qualification in People Management.

Her impressive set of skills, aptitude and resilience with a zest for life is a welcome and refreshing contribution to the team.
