FOUNDER, HR DIRECTOR
Tracey Robb set up Trivium London Consulting in 2019 with the specific goal of providing professional HR to asset management firms including alternative and traditional managers.
She is a dedicated, highly experienced CIPD level 7 practitioner with a BA (hons) in HR and over twenty years’ experience both in management consulting and HR.
Tracey was previously Head of HR Consulting for Throgmorton and over the last seven years has provided pragmatic advice to hundreds of firms.
She is known in the sector for her employee relations expertise and ability to deliver pragmatic solutions quickly and efficiently.
SENIOR HR CONSULTANT
Tess Watson-Smith joined Trivium London Consulting in August 2019 and previous provided HR advice to a range of clients in the alternative asset management sector.
Tess has over 20 years’ HR experience in sectors as diverse as legal, software, retail and recruitment providing support and advice to C level, operational managers and staff.
Although a true HR generalist she has a strong knowledge of employee relations and TUPE transfers. Tess is the one to turn to when you need to amend your contracts of employment or have a difficult settlement agreement.
Chelsea joined Trivium London Consulting in 2020 after working as an HR Advisor.
Prior to Trivium, she gained experience within various sectors including; renewables & environment, private medical and hospitality, providing HR support and advice to senior management teams within both large international companies and SMEs.
A seasoned HR generalist, Chelsea has extensive experience in the deployment of cloud-based HR information systems and, as a qualified mental health first aider, has a particular interest in mental health in the workplace and providing clients with advice around the issues arising from Covid. Chelsea holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management and is passionate about delivering tailored solutions to address the needs of our clients and their employees.
SENIOR HR CONSULTANT
Prior to becoming a HR practitioner, Syliva was an employment law specialist in a London based law firm. Sylvia has since worked as a Senior HR specialist and adviser including the role of Group Head of HR for over 13 years.
Sylvia holds an LLB law degree, LPC from the University of Law and has a MA in Employment Studies and HRM (CIPD). Her extensive employment law experience includes employment law case management, tribunal representation, alternative dispute resolution and drafting bespoke contracts, company policies and procedures. She also has considerable experience in managing TUPE situations, diversity and equality, redundancies, and organisational change and restructuring projects.
She is particularly skilled in strategic HR and is able to professionally merge employment law with HR best practices to deliver practical, jargon-free HR solutions which places the business and its people at the centre.
